Handmade to order

Each Ruk Can is handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Free U.S. shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. USPS Ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.

Paid shipping upgrades

USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout at the customer’s expense. Prices are calculated by USPS based on the destination and package details. These upgrades apply to shipping after dispatch; the same 1–3-day handmade-to-order processing period applies.

Delivery timing

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. This estimate is separate from the 1–3-day processing period. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery timing, so arrival dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Questions or delivery concerns

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs correcting, or your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, email info@rukandsaddleoutfitters.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Contact us as soon as possible about an address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
