Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with any tags and accessories included.

Start a return

Email info@rukandsaddleoutfitters.com with your order number, item details, and reason for returning it. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and include the return authorization so we can identify your return.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. If either applies, contact us first so we can arrange the return shipping.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalized or custom-engraved items, products marked final sale at purchase, and items damaged through misuse or wear are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Refunds

We will inspect your return when it arrives. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
